1) What are the modes of payment? 

We accept payment through Debit/Credit Card, BDO and BPI Bank Transfer/Online Deposit and GCash.View our complete payment details and QR codes here

2) How long until I get my orders? 

If we have your items on hand, it will take around 1-3 days for Metro Manila. As for provincial locations, your orders will arrive within 3-5 days from shipping date. Delays may occur due to the lockdown. 

3) How long until I get my pre-orders? 

We ask for up to 10-14 working days from payment date to get your pre-order items ready for shipping. If you need your items earlier, shoot us a message and we'll see if we can accommodate it!

4) How much is shipping fee? 

Shipping fee for Metro Manila will cost P120 while P200 for provincial locations. We provide free local shipping for orders worth P5,000 and above.  P2000 or $40 for Asia, P2500 or $48 for Australia and P3000 or $58 for American and European countries. 

5) Do you accept same day delivery? 

Yes, we do. Our cut off for same day shipping is 3pm. Shipping Fee is shouldered by the buyer. 

 

6) Do you accept alterations? 

We do accept minor alterations for the length of our designs with an extra charge of P150 and an additional wait time of 2-3 days since we'll send back the piece to our sewers. Major alterations can cost up to P400 depending on the alterations needed. 

7) Do you accept custom orders or Made to Order?

Yes, we do. For an existing design in your custom measurements an additional P300 is charged and for a custom color P400 is charged. You may check out our Customize Your Order page to add these customizations to your order. For a new custom design altogether, kindly fill up this form and we will get back to you with a quote.

8) Do you have a return and exchange policy?

Return or exchange of on hand items is allowed within 7 days upon receipt of the item granted that they are unworn and unwashed.

We will only accept returns if they are flawed or damaged before shipping. Should this be the case, shipping cost for the return and exchange will be shouldered by us. If the items have been damaged during transit, returns or exchanges will not be allowed. 

Returns for other reasons may be accepted upon our discretion. Should they be approved, the returned item can only be replaced by items of the same amount or higher. Items chosen for exchange will only be reserved for a maximum of 5 days if additional payment is needed. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the buyer. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for pre-ordered items. We can offer alteration or repair services instead. 

8) How do I wash and care for my Cariño piece?

All Cariño pieces can be machine washed in cold water unless otherwise stated. But for utmost care, hand washed and line dried is recommended. They can be steamed or ironed unless otherwise specified.
