Customization and Made to Order Policy

We want your pieces to be a true closet staple which starts with the perfect fit. For an existing design in your custom measurements an additional P500 is charged and for a custom color P500 is charged. Here’s how:

Custom Measurements

1. Add the preorder item of the style you wish to customize (ie. Preorder: Solen skirt) with the closest size and color applicable to your desired customizations  
2. Visit the Customize Your Order page and add the custom measurements add-on
3. Fill out the required information and indicate in the notes section the complete name of the style you wish to customize (ie. Solen Skirt)
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for every item you wish to customize

Note: the custom measurement fee may vary depending on the fabric of the item and if they will be extensively lengthened.

Custom Color

1. Send us an email or IG DM with the style and color/fabric you would like.
2. If the color/fabric is available, our team will create a custom invoice on your behalf.

Note: Because customized pieces are tailored specifically to your measurements, they are final sale and cannot be returned. Instead, we can only offer alterations.
