To ensure every piece we create is worthy of being your next wardrobe staple, we work in intentional, small batches. This intentional pace allows us to focus on the fine details of every cut, ensuring each piece arrives as a perfected staple for your collection.
How do I know if my item is on hand or preorder?
On Hand: no “preorder” prefix (ie. Aya Maxi Dress)How long until I get my pre-orders?
We ask for up to 10-15 working days from payment date to get your pre-order items ready for shipping. You will receive an update to your email once your order is ready. If you need your items earlier, shoot us a message and we'll see if we can accommodate it! Rush orders are subject to approval via email or IG DMs.
Note: All preorder items are final sale and cannot be returned. Instead, we can only offer alterations.
Ordering both onhand and pre-order items?
If your order includes both on hand and preorder pieces, we will ship them together once your entire order is complete and ready for you. You will receive an update to your email once your order is ready.
If you would like to have the onhand items shipped ahead, please reach out to us via email or IG DMs, and include your 5-digit order number. If the request is approved, additional shipping fees must be paid.
